Great service I had to close off a friends apt. At short notice I needed to relocate items for long term storage but couldn’t go out to the facility. The manager facilitated everything by phone and email including codes. I really didn’t have to physically do anything couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Storage sheds are easy to locate, the driveways are large and easy to navigate. The sheds themselves are spacious, there are many different sizes to choose from. The staff are always so helpful, always answer, no long wait times, no busy call centre. Very friendly and so easy to set up and close the account (shoutout to Mike for helping me organise closure today!!).
I had my things in storage for 15 months, and when the shed they tried to allocate to me was already in use, I was able to call and get an alternative one immediately.
The site is super secure, I have never had any worries or issues with security and the once you know how to use the app (tapping the gate button instead of inputting the code is so much easier) entering and leaving is a breeze!

StoreLocal are brilliant and were a real life-saver for our storage needs when between houses. It was a fantastic experience -- very smooth with quick responses & clear communication. The Narre Warren facility was super-clean and felt very safe. It's an unmanned facility but there are staff there periodically to check on things and the staff, whether on site or on the phone, were helpful and gave advice readily. We'd definitely recommend StoreLocal — their whole approach was friendly, seamless and no-stress.

Dave and his team were always a pleasure to deal with and consistently provided great customer service from the day we first rented the storage unit, until eight years later when we (finally!) moved back to Melbourne (June '22). All our possessions were well cared for, and the use of the Store's van was a big help: super-convenient. We really appreciated the team's efficiency, reliability and friendly, welcoming manner. Julie and Susie at the onsite office are very helpful and pleasant to deal with and Julie knew straight away, at my first initial inquiry, exactly what the right size storage unit was for my needs and that suited my budget. Julie also explained to me in clear, straightforward terms the facilities gates and security system set up and also the ease of operating the storage units automated access system. 2. First, make a reservation - phone them, complete the payment, and confirm your unit
3. Download the app - “Store Local”
4. Create your account in the App ( email id and Password )
5. Complete the ID ( Liscence/ Passport ) verification process in the App
6. Once verified, you can use the app to access the facility.

Important Things to Know
While using the App, make sure your phone has:
* Internet ON
* Bluetooth ON
Then,
7. Open the app — you’ll see multiple options like:
* Open rolling gate
* Close rolling gate
* Access upstairs etc …
8. Use these controls in the app to enter and move inside the facility
9. Place your items in the unit
10. Bring your own padlock to secure it
That’s it!

StoreLocal Port Kennedy is by far the best storage facility I've ever leased space from. From the user friendly app to access your space, manage your account or to get in touch . I had not one problem the whole time and I will 100% use StoreLocal the next time should I need to store anything again. The drive-thru convenience and Dolley trolleys for getting your belongings from the car to your unit makes it a breeze.

I had an issue with my login details and the technical support person of Storelocal, from memory he introduced himself as Rob I think, he was very helpful and extremely patient with assisting me with my technical issues and I was pleased with the overall outcome and even though it took a few hours to solved he was able to accomplish and satisfy my technical support problem and this is why I am writing this review to acknowledge that he has managed to solved my issue at the end of the day and to the quickest of he's ability and as a customer I am satisfied how my issue was handled and it was very professional and extremely diligent. Great service I had to close off a friends apt. At short notice I needed to relocate items for long term storage but couldn’t go out to the facility. The manager facilitated everything by phone and email including codes. I really didn’t have to physically do anything couldn’t recommend highly enough.

StoreLocal are brilliant and were a real life-saver for our storage needs when between houses. It was a fantastic experience -- very smooth with quick responses & clear communication. The Narre Warren facility was super-clean and felt very safe. It's an unmanned facility but there are staff there periodically to check on things and the staff, whether on site or on the phone, were helpful and gave advice readily. We'd definitely recommend StoreLocal — their whole approach was friendly, seamless and no-stress.

The guys here were really easy to work with. I stored a Jet Ski with them for a couple of months and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Very happy with their storage services. Flexible, easy options and the staff are incredibly friendly and make the process as smooth as possible.

They have been very friendly and gone out of their way to help us move large things. We have had our things in storage there for 3.25 years and non of it was damp or mouldy even with the large amount of rain that we have had in the last year.
I would recommend them.
