My favourite storage facility in the Western suburbs, precisely all of Melbourne. I used this facility before it changed hands. Matt is extra-ordinary, exceptionally empathic and a good listener. Clean units, organised staff as always and a process that actually runs the way it should. Access is simple, service is consistent, and the team handles everything with calm efficiency. I spoke with Rob regarding my account & he was amazing! He liaised with his colleague (Jorma) to get me the right information & resolved my issue to a more than satisfactory outcome. He even followed up & called me back within the timeframe that he said he would. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. Outstanding! Great customer service. Also, the guys on the ground (at the actual storage unit itself) are also amazingly helpful & awesome to deal with. Highly recommend. A+++
