We just concluded a tenancy at StoreLocal Sunshine of more than 12 months, and cannot recommend this facility and the company highly enough! Matthew Polzella and his team have been great to deal with throughout that time: always unfailingly professional, patient and helpful. The vast premises are really well-maintained - despite the constant foot and vehicle traffic and loading and unloading that goes on, the aisles and main thoroughfares were always spic and span. We were never in doubt of the safety and security of our belongings. The StoreLocal app is really well-designed, as it’s totally fit for purpose and very easy to use. Unlike so many apps these days, this app has no useless “functions,”, memory-hungry fancy graphics or sound effects. We found the fees very reasonable for the size of unit we rented.

Service has been great. Nice and Neat facility. Reasonable priced units. Downsizing to a smaller unit was made easy. Best of all for me was the Convenient Goget Van that is available. App makes payments a breeze. Only downer wud be access not 24/7 and no power supplied to my unit (due to plan chosen by me lolz) however place has extremely good lighting and it's indoors!
