StoreLocal are brilliant and were a real life-saver for our storage needs when between houses. It was a fantastic experience -- very smooth with quick responses & clear communication. The Narre Warren facility was super-clean and felt very safe. It's an unmanned facility but there are staff there periodically to check on things and the staff, whether on site or on the phone, were helpful and gave advice readily. We'd definitely recommend StoreLocal — their whole approach was friendly, seamless and no-stress.

Dave and his team were always a pleasure to deal with and consistently provided great customer service from the day we first rented the storage unit, until eight years later when we (finally!) moved back to Melbourne (June '22).
