At the start they were very helpful in advising me on space required etc. And for that alone I would have awarded 5 stars but when the removal company - one not recommended by them - left a whole lot of things behind and refused to come back and collect, they s te porc in and personally helped me resolve the issue. And then on top of that when we saw how the removalists had thrown everything into the storage unit they have agreed to repair I it for a minimal charge.
This is a family run business which I only found through word of mouth from another very happy client.

I am a customer of Storelocal at Port Kennedy as I am sure Caitlin is....I too am appalled at the way I am being treated...I have had enough...my account was due 30 March & was paid 30 March infact I paid in advance until the end of June...it took the accounts department over a week to credit the money to my account but only part of what I paid and I was locked out of my unit...I was eventually after several emails & then a phone call advised that the accounts dept had missed my payment their error not mine but no apologies...and once again after checking my account & several more emails because the extra money paid wasn't showing on my account no explanations given just kept being told it was there but when I checked it wasn't....then finally 11 days later on the 10th April the money arrived in my account 11 days after I paid it....I still cannot get into my unit because I can't get remote access and no other way of getting in because the door will not be repaired for another month..the site is not secure as people were lining up at the exit door last week waiting for people to exit the facility and they then drove or walked straight in...absolute disgrace....I am moving my belongings from the facility at the end of the month and have asked for a refund for the May & June payment but Storelocal wont give my funds paid in advance back now until I have proof of vacating the unit at the end of April...and they advise it will take upto 14 days to get the refund???
