I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided to me by StoreLocal at Pacific Pines. Julie and Susie at the onsite office are very helpful and pleasant to deal with and Julie knew straight away, at my first initial inquiry, exactly what the right size storage unit was for my needs and that suited my budget. Julie also explained to me in clear, straightforward terms the facilities gates and security system set up and also the ease of operating the storage units automated access system. In addition, I find knowing I can contact the StoreLocal team at any time on the StoreLocal 24/7 Customer Service Support line very reassuring and provides me with extra peace of mind.
